Prices, Currency & Taxes
All prices on this web site are in U.S. Dollars. California residents are charged an additional 8.75% sales tax. International customers are responsible for any import/export taxes and custom duties. All prices are subject to change without notice due subject to availability and/or other factors such as incorrect pricing, shopping cart errors, etc.

Shipping in the U.S.A.
All orders shipped to addresses within the U.S.A. included free shipping. All items are usually shipped by USPS Priority Mail service or a similar airmail service. We normally ship orders 1-2 times as week so please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order.

International Sales & Shipping Terms
Free shipping in the U.S.A.. Free international shipping for orders over $250 (excluding some oversized paintings. See below for details). "ALL" orders under $250 will be charged an additional $35.00 shipping and handling fee. International orders are shipped by Express Airmail Service and are delivered through the postal service. Although most international shipments arrive in 7-10 business days but please allow for up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Some of our very large paintings cannot be shipped outside the U.S.A. or can only be shipped using FedEx or DHL with an additional shipping charge. If there are additional shipping charges, we will email you prior to processing and shipping your order. For large orders, and/or if we are not able to verify credit card information, we may request that payment be made by a U.S. dollars wire transfer.

Sale and Discounted Paintings: Paintings over $250 normally receive free shipping. If these paintings are on sale or discounted and the final invoice price is under $250 the $35 shipping charge will apply.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a painting shipment is lost or damaged during shipping, please email us at info@chinesepaintings.com. Damaged paintings must be returned to us prior to processing a claim. Once the claim is processed you will be issued a store credit.

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Paypal, money order, and check payments.

Payment Methods - All Other Countries
For orders placed from outside the U.S.A. we accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, international money orders in U.S. dollars, verified PayPal payments, and wire transfers.

How to Make a Payment
All www.ChinesePaintings.com payments are processed through our company Mystic East Arts, Inc. based in S. California. Payment methods are:

1. Pay with a Credit Card through our secure online payment system. We accept VISA, Master Card, and American Express.

3. PayPal Payment - If selecting PayPal as the method of payment, once the order is submitted you will be redirected to the PayPal.com web site where an invoice is automatically created. Once we receive payment verification from Paypal, we will email you a confirmation letter.

Return Policy
All paintings purchased on our web site for "full price" (without discount) have a 14-day return policy. All sale and/or discounted priced paintings, special order and commissioned paintings are not returnable for exchange or a refund.

Full Price Painting Refund and Exchange Information
Returned paintings must be received in their original condition and must include the original invoice and the certificate of authenticity. Refund amount for full priced paintings is determined by the purchase price minus "all" shipping and handling costs incurred by us and the purchaser, and a 10% restocking fee. Full price paintings that are returned for store credit will not be charged the restocking fee.

Please email us at info@chinesepaintings.com prior to returning any painting. We will not accept returns that do not have a valid RMA number on the return shipping label.
